Technical description of wet film humidification
Clean tap water enters the circulating water tank through the inlet pipeline, and its high water level is controlled by the inlet switch; When the humidifier is working, the circulating water pump delivers the water in the water tank to the water sprayer at the top of the humidifier. The water sprayer ensures that the water is evenly distributed to the wet film material, and the water penetrates downward from the top of the wet film material while being absorbed by the wet film material, forming a uniform circulating water film; When dry air passes through a humidifier, a portion of the water comes into contact with the air, vaporizes and evaporates, making the air moist (i.e. increasing humidity); The other part of the water that has not evaporated flows from the lower part of the humidifier back to the circulating water tank for maintenance of the Gree air conditioner; The water in the circulating water tank is repeatedly circulated by the circulating water pump, thereby humidifying the air passing through the wet film. When the water level in the circulating water tank drops, the inlet switch is turned on to replenish water to the tank, ensuring that the water level in the tank is maintained within the set height range; When the water level in the circulating water tank drops to a certain height, the low water level switch in the tank works to ensure that the circulating water pump stops running in case of water shortage.
